ABOUT THE BUSINESS:
Why you should buy this business

Dromana Pet Supplies is an established pet store on the Mornington Peninsula, trading since April 2016. Stocking pet food, pet supplies, accessories, toys and equipment, plus a DIY dog wash, it is a convenient one-stop pet shop for Dromana, Safety Beach, McCrae and Rosebud.

Repeat trade is supported by the store itself: supplier-backed loyalty programmes including LifeWise, multi-buy offers, dog wash promotions, a strong local reputation, and an online following of 1,300 Facebook and 710 Instagram followers. With a dedicated website already in place, a new owner steps into a proven pet supplies business with systems that are ready to use.

Location and catchment
Easy access and parking, with around 36,000 residents across Dromana and Rosebud-McCrae, plus holidaymakers travelling with pets.

Owner-operate or run under management
The business is suited to a hands-on owner or a manager.

The freehold (336m², including a sub-leased front section) is available separately for $1,600,000, or a new lease will be offered.
