Paul Morrissy is a highly experienced business leader and entrepreneur with over 30 years' experience spanning Automotive, Retailing, Importing , Exporting , Wholesaling Franchising, Manufacturing, and Property investment. Starting his career at a major tyre company, Paul quickly rose through the ranks, managing the company’s largest Australian store and later becoming State Manager VIC/TAS at just 23, overseeing more than 50 plus locations and earning Store and State Manager of the Year awards. 

Driven by a passion for business ownership, Paul has successfully founded, grown, and exited multiple ventures. He notably led a tyre retail and service business to a Multi Store Australian leading Franchise . His entrepreneurial record includes expanding and selling a national food franchise, merging Australia’s largest exhaust wholesaler, and developing the nation’s largest independent automotive workshop. Paul also revitalised a manufacturing firm, growing its workforce tenfold and achieving a successful exit. 

Paul’s expertise covers mergers and acquisitions, start-ups, franchising, due diligence, data room management, commercial real estate, financial analysis, HR, private equity, finance, pricing, negotiations, and Information Memorandum preparation.  

Based in Melbourne, Paul is a father of three, maintains strong ties to Sydney and Melbourne, and enjoys running, hiking, tennis, snowboarding, golf, and football. He is actively involved in several sporting and social clubs, and has held committee and charity roles within the Snow Sports community. 

Paul’s extensive network, along with his broad expertise, position him strongly as a trusted business broker and M&A advisor. His passion for business and client centred approach ensures excellent outcomes to clients and stakeholders.
