Having worked from the grass roots in various management roles all the way up to senior management with franchise groups such as McDonalds, Dominos & Gloria Jeans, Neil has a wide range of experience from HR and team development, operations and system implementations, marketing and overall business strategy.

Neil holds a Bachelor of Business, and an array of Diplomas from Retail Management to Marketing including recently Creating, Building and Selling a Digital Marketing Agency

Since 2008 Neil has personally bought and sold various businesses from Furniture (Franchise) Fuel & Convenience, Multiple Cafe and Restaurants (Franchise), Tyre & Auto (Franchise) and has always worked day to day in the businesses. Neil has a clear understanding of the challenges that Business Owners face on day to day Basis. From managing teams, to customer service, cashflow, p&l analysis and business analysis and exit planning.

With experience across Franchising having both held senior roles and also a franchisee, Neil understands all aspects from both the Franchisor and Franchisee and can coach you through managing those relationships and ultimately Buying and Selling your Business. He is a strong believer that Experience is the greatest teacher of all and Neil has a plethora of experience across all aspects of business ownership.
